This is something we have to shout from the rooftop! The Unitarian Universalist Church of Columbia (UUCC), has many Action + Advocacy programs to include an Animal Ministry!!

The national-level Unitarian Universalist Animal Ministry, "Creature Connection," was founded in 2010 "to raise

awareness and deepen understanding of animal justice and ethical issues, relating these issues to core Unitarian Universalist values – primarily, the interdependence of all life and respect for the worth and dignity of all beings."

Their ministry supports education and action to help protect the most vulnerable.

Please visit their site to see what they do (and their other Action + Advocacy programs). You can also get involved by emailing them at creatureconn@uucolumbia.net. ;

an animal until we have spoken to each other on the phone and arranged a time for you to arrive.  To do otherwise could (and has in the past) place the animal in mortal danger.
